  • Masla Empathy Lab Transforms Empathy into Powerful Solutions

The Masla Empathy Lab eases in conversations and adjusts lenses on perceptions to co-create paths towards Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI). It was founded by Julie Savaria to help organizations start, deepen or establish their JEDI strategy or program.

Masla is a space where learning about human experiences, realities, and intricacies happens while being seen, heard, and understood.

A space where you learn from expansive exchanges and design your organizational culture or structure to a human scale. Going from self-reflection to transformation, we help you enrich your perspectives and make inclusive practices yours.
